Children's Music
Do you have talented Seattle kids that won't stop singing? Put their talent to good use with Seattle children's music resources. Your child may just be the next Miley Cyrus, Michael Jackson, or perhaps a future New Kids on the Block tribute band member.
Kids.gov is an excellent gateway to information resources on children's music.
At this site you can:
Find sing-alongs to teach environmental health science through songs.
Learn how American songs developed.
Meet composers and members of an orchestra.
Explore all kinds of instruments or invent one of your own.
Children are also able to explore the diversity and creativity of musical traditions while searching for a favorite instrument. Kids.gov is a good resource if your child is a composer and would like to share their music and talk to other young musicians. All this and more can be found at Kids.gov in the music section.
